Hand off to your agent with the built-in terminal

After you have read and reviewed, the next step is usually telling your agent what to do. The terminal is right there, next to what you were looking at.

What you get

• Every tab is a plain shell. Type claude, codex, or anything else you normally run.
• Dock it where you like. Right, left, or bottom. GitLocal remembers your choice, and on a narrow window it moves to the bottom until there is room again.
• Open and close it fast. Use the header button or Ctrl+` (the same shortcut as VS Code).
• Resizable, and it stays put. Drag or use the keyboard to resize it. Your sessions keep running as you move between pages.
